Linda Wood-Hoyte
Professional bodybuilder
NPC/IFBB Bodbuilding/Fitness Judge
Personal Trainer and Fitness Studio Owner- www.1Flex.com
A high school track star who ran against Olympic legend Wilma Rudolf when she was 17 and was herself invited to the 1960 Olympic trials, Linda didn't begin competitive bodybuilding until the age of 39. She's competed in dozens of national and international contests, often defeating women half her age.
Now in her 60s and running her own FITNESS TOGETHER studio in Tribecca NYC, Linda still evokes disbelief. For more photos and info on this remarkable woman, please click here.
